• No Returns or Refunds: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, paid for, or shipped. Please review all artwork details, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

• Damaged in Transit: We take extraordinary care in packing our artwork securely for global travel from Mexico City. In the rare event that your painting arrives physically damaged due to transit transit, you must contact us at [Contact@josselinearellano.com] within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photographs of both the damaged packaging and the damage to the artwork so we can file an immediate insurance claim with the courier and arrange a resolution.

• Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries: If a shipment is returned to our studio because the buyer refused delivery, failed to pay local customs duties, or provided an incorrect shipping address, no refund will be issued.
